Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy  (this “Privacy Policy”) is a legally binding contract by and between SnekTech, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as CO2ign Art (“us”, “we”, “our”, or the “Company”) and you as a user of the products and/or services offered by us on and through the website located at www.co2ign.com (the “Site”), or other related products, applications, or services, and any content made available therein (the “Content”, together with the Site, the “Marketplace”). This Privacy Policy governs our practices and policies regarding the collection, storage, transfer, and use of personally identifiable information, as may be provided under applicable law (“Personal Information”). 1. Agreement and updates

Agreement to Privacy Policy. By accessing or otherwise using the Marketplace, you thereby understand, agree, and consent to the privacy practices embodied in this Privacy Policy. 

Privacy Policy Updates. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time-to-time, in our sole discretion, with or without direct notice to you. Continued access or use of the Marketplace constitutes your agreement to such modifications and to be bound by an updated version of this Privacy Policy. 

Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of our Terms of Service, which together form the complete and full agreement and understanding between you and us regarding your use of the Marketplace. 

2. Collection and use of information

User Information. We may collect a variety of information from you, that you provide us, when you use the Marketplace. For example, we may collect your name, email address, payment information, or other user or account details as needed to provide the Marketplace and enable you to make purchases through it.

Marketing and Advertisements. In the event we use your information for marketing or advertising purposes, you will have the option to opt-out of such use. Opt-out procedures may be found in our Privacy Center.

Use Analytics and IP Addresses. We may use various analytics providers to assess the Marketplace, such as to assess performance and usage. This may incidentally collect various information from you, such as: (a) Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for systems administration, troubleshooting, security, and to prevent prohibited activity; (b) your browser or device type; (c) your page views; or (d) the time you spent on a certain page. We may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google, to track and report on website activity, for more information please visit the Google Privacy and Terms, available at https://policies.google.com.

Cookies. Your use of the Marketplace may result in the use of cookies. A cookie is a file on your computer or mobile device that we use to provide the Marketplace, such as to identify users, usage, privileges, and preferences. Please visit our Privacy Center to update your cookie preferences.

Privacy of Minors. We do not promote or offer the Marketplace to anyone under the age of 13, or the applicable age of minority. If you believe that a minor has disclosed Personal Information on or through the Marketplace, please contact us immediately. 

3. Information Disclosure

We may disclose Personal Information on an as needed or required basis, provided such disclosure will be done with the recipient’s obligation of confidentiality or limited to the extent necessary to carry out the following: (a) to our employees and contractors in order to provide the Marketplace; (b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, or to protect your safety or the safety of others; (c) in the event we are involved in a merger, acquisition, change of control, or the sale of some or all of our assets; or (d) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or court order. 

4. Security

While we cannot guarantee that our security measures will absolutely prevent security breaches, we employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative protections, as applicable, to maintain and provide the Marketplace securely. 

5. Third-party providers

The Marketplace relies on a variety of third-party providers, such as for hosting, storage, marketing, analytics, payment processing, and security  (“Providers”). Each Provider sets forth its own practices for the processing of Personal Information. It is essential for you to read, understand, and consent to such Provider practices before using the Marketplace.

6. European union residents

GDPR, Generally. The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) governs data protection and privacy in the European Union and the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, we process your Personal Information based on your consent and for the purpose of providing the Marketplace. 

GDPR Privacy Rights. If you are subject to the protections of GDPR then you have certain data protection and privacy rights, which include: (a) The Right of Access, the right to know what Personal Information is collected and how it is used; (b) The Right of Rectification, the right to have inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information changed; (c) The Right to Object, the right to object to our processing of your Personal Information; (d) The Right of Restriction, the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information; (e) The Right of Data Portability, the right to be provided with a copy of your Personal Information; and (f) The Right to Withdraw Consent, the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your Personal Information.

Exercising GDPR Rights. In order to exercise your data subject rights, you can submit a request through our Privacy Center. We will respond by either: (1) completing your request; (2) asking for further documentation in order to process your request; or (3) provide a response detailing why your request cannot be completed.

7. California Residents

CCPA, Generally. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides protections for residents of California with regard to Personal Information. 

CCPA Privacy Rights. When applicable, your rights with regard to Personal Information under CCPA include the: (a) right of access to Personal Information that we collect, including the (i) categories of specific Personal Information we collect, (ii) categories of sources from which Personal Information is collected, (iii) purpose for collecting Personal Information, (iv) categories of third parties with which Personal Information is shared, and (v) privacy request response data (if applicable) in a portable format; (b) right to the deletion of Personal Information that we or our service providers collect; and (c) right to non-discrimination when exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Exercising CCPA Rights. If you wish to exercise any rights granted to you by the CCPA, you can submit a request through our Privacy Center. We will respond by either: (1) completing your request; (2) asking for further documentation in order to process your request; or (3) provide a response detailing why your request cannot be completed.
